Mission and Values:
The Harris County Public Library
Cy-Fair College Branch free ESL program promotes language
participation over language acquisition
and skills performance over skills competence. Our learners
practice freedom and construct meaning by virtue of their
active participation in our ESL Skills Series workshops and
their
self-paced progress toward personal and professional goals.

our electronic resources during the ESL Computer Literacy Series
